B-Legit
is from Vallejo, California. He grew up as a hustler. B-Legit's
cousins are E-40, D-Shot and Suga T. B-Legit and his cousins are a
group called The Click. They released their debut album the Less
Side in 1990. B-Legit and E-40 created Sick wid It Records. The
Click released Down and Dirty next. In 1992 B-Legit released his
debut solo album Tryin' to get a buck in 1992. In 1994 Jive picked
up Sick Wid It and distributed it. The first release was In a Major
Way by E-40.
